Because the alternative is charging what we think you can afford. The figures on this page are what we quote.
What drives the cost up or down?
The number of practice areas involved, how much of the delivery we do ourselves rather than train your team to do, and whether a deadline is fixed.
Can we cancel?
The retainer takes thirty days notice and there is no penalty. Project work is billed to the point of cancellation.
Do you subcontract?
Legal and accounting go to the named partner firms on our partners page. Everything else is us.
What happens in the first two weeks?
We look at your numbers, talk to your people, and come back with a written diagnosis. Nothing is built before you have read it.
